# Terms of Service for MealBuddy **Last Updated:** April 10, 2026 ## Agreement to Terms By accessing or using MealBuddy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You may use MealBuddy anonymously without providing an email address - Anonymous accounts are device-specific and data may be lost if you switch devices ### Email Authentication - You may optionally add an email and password to protect your account - We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use of our meal plans or recipes ## Intellectual Property ### Our Content - All recipes, images, design elements, and app features are owned by MealBuddy or licensed to us - You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission ### Your Content - You retain ownership of any custom recipes or content you create - By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it in connection with the App - You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload ## Subscription and Payments ### Free Features - Basic meal planning, recipe browsing, and tracking features are free ### Premium Features (if applicable) - Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store - Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date - Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective policies -
